Plaintiff challenges the Seattle City Councils denial of her appeal of the Pioneer Square Historic Preservation Boards ruling she remove and replace a parapet/pediment (parapet) on her building located in a historic preservation district. Plaintiff claims Seattles action was an unconstitutional "taking" of the use of her property without compensation. The trial court upheld the Councils action, denying plaintiffs appeal. We affirm the trial court.
